This single barrel Bourbon is 10 years old, bottled at 50% ABV, and the nose has classic Bourbon notes of oak, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, honey, and just a hint of molasses. The taste has a thick, oily mouthfeel with good spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper, honey, vanilla, caramel, and brown sugar. The finish is long with chocolate fudge and lingering spices, with just a hint of honey. (April, 2018)
