This is another Irish whiskey in the Single Pot Still collection from Irish Distillers produced at Midleton, and the nose is malty and rich with notes of honey, vanilla, ginger, and oak. The taste is spicy with cinnamon and black pepper, and honey creates a good balance between spice and sweet with a thick mouthfeel. The finish is long and spicy. Excellent! (October, 2013)
