Thanks to Jon Beach at the Fiddler’s Inn in Drumnadrochit, Scotland for supplying this vintage sample. The nose is pungent and peaty with wood smoke and tar, along with hints of heather and gorse. The taste is fresh and rich with great smoky touches, hints of honey, vanilla, oak, and caramel. The finish is long and smoky. Outstanding!
