This is a 4-year-old Rye distilled at MGP in Indiana and matured in Kentucky. The nose is very aromatic with baking spices and hints of honey and vanilla. The taste starts off creamy with spicy notes of clove and allspice that build up slowly to a nice crescendo while hints of ginger, honey, caramel, and vanilla provide balance in the background. The finish is long, gentle, and sweet. (July, 2020)
