This Bourbon from Louisville’s Kentucky Peerless Distilling has caramel apples on the nose, along with cherry pipe tobacco, a hint of molasses, and brown sugar. The taste has oak tannins, brown sugar, a white pepper spiciness that comes on slowly, caramel apples, and black cherries. The finish is long and subtle with a touch of oak. Very nice!
