This single barrel Bourbon has notes of caramel, brown sugar, a hint of molasses, cocoa, vanilla, and a soft oakiness on the nose. The taste is peppery with a good balance of sweetness and a hint of cinnamon along with black pepper, honey, caramel, a touch of charred oak, and a hint of molasses in the background. The finish is long and smooth with a nice spiciness. Very nice! (July, 2019)
