This bourbon was released by West Virginia’s Smooth Ambler Distillery, but distilled at an undisclosed distillery and matured for several years. The nose is warm and spicy with notes of cinnamon, toasted bread, caramel, brown sugar, and dark chocolate. The taste is thick and spicy with cinnamon, ginger, dark chocolate, and molasses. The finish is long and warming with a lingering touch of cinnamon.
