Just try to get it for that price, though…unless you’re lucky enough to live in a place where the government controls whisky sales and actually honors the recommended retail price, you’ll likely pay several times that price for a bottle…and it’s not even a Pappy Van Winkle expression!

The nose has notes of toasted caramel, charred oak, soft spices, honey, and vanilla. The taste is spicy with cinnamon and allspice notes, dark chocolate, honey, caramel candy, and charred oak. The finish is long with subtle spices and touches of caramel and nuts. (November, 2018)
