The spring release of Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond is ten years old, with the barrels being filled in the spring of 2014. The nose has touches of caramel candy, honey, cherries, and a soft oakiness. The taste has notes of honey and caramel balanced by cinnamon and black pepper with touches of cherries and red apples in the background. The finish is long and fruity with lingering spices.
