This wheated Bourbon was distilled in the fall of 2015, making it an 8-year-old Bourbon. The nose has touches of leather, caramel, and toffee. The taste has notes of black pepper, clove, and allspice balanced by toffee, caramel, and a hint of honey. The finish is long, dry, and spicy. (January, 2024)
