This is the no-age-statement Yoichi that has replaced the older age-labeled versions in many markets worldwide because of supply shortages. The nose is malty and tart with citrus notes of grapefruit and mango, lemon pepper, vanilla, and a hint of cedar. The taste is spicy and tart with lemon pepper, mango, grapefruit, vanilla, honey, and a hint of cedar in the background. The finish is long and tart with a subtle spicy touch. (October, 2016)
