This blend of straight Bourbon whiskies from Nelson Bros. comes from distilleries in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The nose has touches of caramel, cherries, red apples, honey, and vanilla. The taste is thick and oily with notes of cinnamon, black pepper, brown sugar, black tea, and chocolate-covered cherries. The finish is long, complex, and aromatic with touches of dark chocolate, cherries, and lingering spices. (October, 2023)
