This Nc’Nean whisky was matured in a combination of STR wine casks and ex-Sherry casks, and the nose is fruity and floral with a touch of maltiness and hints of peaches, apricots, and honey. The taste is peppery and tart with white pepper balanced by barley sugar, stone fruits, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long and fruity with a hint of spice. (February, 2024)
