The nose is spicy, yet still very smooth with notes of toasted rye bagels, dark chocolate with sea salt, molasses, clove, and a hint of lime peel. The taste has orange oils, maple syrup, spicy touches of clove and cinnamon, melted caramel, red apples, and a hint of honey. The finish is soft, smooth, and long…reminds me of cinnamon apple pie fresh from the oven. Excellent. (February, 2015)
