The nose on this Michter’s Barrel Strength Rye has touches of baking spices, molasses cookies, and a soft oakiness. The taste has notes of cinnamon, clove, and allspice balanced by molasses, oak tannins, and dried apples. The finish is long with subtle spices and a touch of oak. (March, 2024)
