The 2023 edition of Michter’s 10-year-old Bourbon has touches of leather, tobacco, caramel, honey, and wood spices on the nose. The taste is thick and peppery with notes of black pepper, clove, cinnamon, dark chocolate, honey, and brown sugar. The finish is long, dry, and spicy. (May, 2023)
