This single malt from Israel’s Milk and Honey Distillery is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Islay single malt casks, and the nose has a subtle smokiness with touches of lemon zest, tropical fruits, honey, and vanilla. The taste is thick and creamy with a gentle smokiness and notes of white pepper, clove, and allspice complemented by tropical fruits and honey underneath. The finish is long and spicy with a kiss of smoke. (May, 2024)
