There are three different single cask bottlings of this whiskey, and these notes are for the cask to be available in Ireland. All three bottlings come from ex-Bourbon casks, so any differences between the three should be subtle at best.
The nose has notes of dried flowers, rose petals, vanilla, and sandalwood. The taste is vibrant and fruity with notes of red apples, mangoes, a hint of peaches, sandalwood, and honey with an excellent balance. The finish is very long with lingering fruits and a subtle spiciness. Wow! (February, 2017)
