Country: USA

Region: Oregon

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 56.83%

Score: 90 Points

This American single malt spent six years maturing in a Casa Magdalena Rum barrel, and the result is a whisky with a nose full of molasses, brown sugar, dried flowers, and a nice maltiness. The taste has notes of molasses, black pepper, brown sugar, a touch of peat smoke, and a nice malty character. The finish is long and smoky with a touch of rum. (January, 2025)
