The batch code comes from bottler 3 Badge Mixology’s address on Patten Street in Sonoma, California, with the A for the American Oak finish and the 3 representing the third batch in that series.

The nose has notes of rye bread, oak, honeycomb, and subtle spices. The taste starts off dry and dusty, followed by spicy notes of clove and cinnamon with honeycomb and oak underneath for a nice complexity and balance. The finish is long with gently fading spices and a hint of honey. (January, 2017)
