The distillery is not disclosed, but the dark color and sherry influence may give us a clue. The nose has a heavy sherry influence with hints of honey, oak, and hazelnut. The taste is chewy and thick with notes of honey, figs, cocoa, and nutmeg. The finish is smooth with notes of butterscotch, dry sherry, and black tea.
