Mary Dowling moved her Bourbon distillery from Kentucky to Mexico during Prohibition, and this high-rye Bourbon honors that legacy with a Tequila barrel finish. The nose has touches of agave, peaches, subtle spices, and honey. The taste has notes of lime zest, agave, allspice, and hints of peaches and dried flowers. The finish is long and subtle with hints of lime zest and agave. (August, 2023)
