This Vermont single malt comes from a beer made at Stone Corral Brewery, and the nose is malty with notes of linseed and lemon oils, anise, butterscotch, and a hint of maltiness. The taste has notes of oak, lemon pepper spice, a hint of hops, barley sugar, and butterscotch. The finish is long with a lemony tartness and lingering spices. (June, 2018)
