MacPhail’s Speyside 15

Country: Scotland

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Gordon & MacPhail

ABV: 40%

This single malt comes from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, and was matured in Gordon & MacPhail’s own warehouse in Elgin, Scotland. The nose is light and fruity with notes of peaches, pears, banana, and a hint of coconut. The taste is equally fruity with peaches, pears, banana, and touches of cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. The finish is lingering and smooth with a subtle fruity tartness and touches of fresh berries. (October, 2014)
