The second release of Lost Lantern’s Far-Flung Bourbon blends Bourbons from five different states, and is bottled at cask strength. The nose has touches of toasted caramel, allspice, stone fruits, clover honey, and leather. The taste is thick and spicy with chili powder, black pepper, and allspice notes that fade slowly to reveal leather, tobacco, and honey notes. The finish is long and spicy. (July, 2024)
