This unique whiskey blends together Bourbons from four different distilleries: Frey Ranch in Nevada, Boulder Spirits in Colorado, Watershed Distillery in Ohio, and Still Austin Whiskey Co. in Texas. The result is a powerful whiskey with a nose of wood spices, dried fruits, caramel, and a hint of tobacco. The taste is thick, chewy, and peppery with black pepper and chili powder notes that fade slowly to reveal dried fruits, tobacco, and honey. The finish is long and thick with lingering spices. Very nice! (July, 2023)
