Little Book “Path Not Taken”

Little Book Chapter 8 Path Not Taken American Whiskey. Image courtesy Suntory Global Spirits.

Country: USA

Region: Kentucky

Type: American Whiskey

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 59.1%

Score: 93 Points

Master distiller Freddie Noe blended together several straight whiskies and ryes with some 18-year-old Bourbon to create the eighth chapter in the Little Book series. The nose has touches of baking spices, oak, black cherries, and honey. The taste is spicy and thick with intense cinnamon and clove notes balanced nicely by brown sugar, honey, and oak in the background. The finish is long and dry with lingering spices and a touch of black cherries. Excellent! (May, 2024)
