Lindores Abbey “Casks of Lindores II” Bourbon Cask

Lindores Abbey

Country: Scotland

Region: Lowlands

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 49.4%

Score: 92 Points

This Lowland single malt has a nose rich with lemongrass, straw, honey, and vanilla. The taste is fruity and tart with hints of lemon pepper and cinnamon bark. The spices last and last, then fade to reveal honey, straw, and barley sugar notes. The finish is long and well-balanced between tartness and sweetness. (November, 2023)
