This blend brings together Knob Creek’s standard 9-year-old Bourbon and 7-year-old Rye whiskies bottled at nearly cask strength. The nose is well-rounded with baking spices, cocoa, honey, vanilla, and a touch of oak. The taste is spicy and chewy with cinnamon, clove, and allspice notes complemented by touches of cocoa, apples, brown sugar, and vanilla. The finish is long and dry with lingering spices.
