This Bourbon has an aromatic nose with a sweet smokiness of barbecue sauce and touches of honey, vanilla, leather, and dried fruits. The taste is tangy and spicy with good notes of barbecue sauce, grilled pineapple, lemon zest, baking chocolate, and a hint of pencil erasers. The finish is long with a subtle tartness and touches of sea spray, honey, and citrus. Excellent! (April, 2020)
