King of Kentucky 2024 Release

King of Kentucky 2024 release. Image courtesy Brown-Forman.

Country: USA

Region: Kentucky

Type: Bourbon

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 65.2%

Score: 94 Points

This 16-year-old single barrel Bourbon from Brown-Forman has a nose of caramel, oak tannins, dry spices, molasses, vanilla, and dried fruits. The taste has spicy notes of cinnamon, chili powder, and black pepper that fade to reveal dark chocolate, oak tannins, a hint of coconut, and vanilla. Water opens up dark chocolate on the nose and tempers the spices on the palate. The finish is long and dry with lingering spices. Very nice! (October, 2024)
