Kilbeggan 15

Country: Ireland

Region:

Type: Irish

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 40%

Score: 92 Points

This Irish whiskey won a number of awards in 2009 and 2010, and it’s easy to see why. The nose is warm and spicy with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and baked apples. The taste is mild at first, with a nice touch of apple pie and spices that builds slowly and a slight nuttiness. The finish fades slowly with hints of nutmeg.
