South Korea’s first single malt whisky has a fruity and floral nose with touches of mango, papaya, honey, and dried flowers. The taste is dry and astringent with a slow onset of spices including cinnamon bark and white pepper while touches of mango and papaya add complexity in the background. The finish is long with lingering spices. (September, 2024)
