This single malt from Taiwan’s King Car (Kavalan) Distillery is matured completely in ex-Brandy casks. The nose is fruity and sweet with orange marmalade, honey, soft spices, and a hint of dark chocolate. The taste is fruity and vibrant with orange marmalade, a touch of white pepper, honey, dark chocolate, and a hint of pencil shavings. The finish has lingering spices and a touch of orange marmalade.
