This unaged rye has a nose of fresh bread with orange marmalade, touch of cinnamon and hints of straw and licorice. The taste is smooth and sweet with green apples, pears, orange peel, and mild spices. The finish is clean and smooth with just a hint of rye bread and marmalade.
