The nose has notes of cinnamon candy, orange marmalade, honey, cooked banana, and a hint of vanilla. The taste is spicy and intense with cinnamon, black pepper, and orange marmalade along with hints of brown sugar and molasses that come out as the spices fade. Adding water brings out a nice touch of dried fruits. The finish is very long and spicy. Excellent! (August, 2o18)
