IrishAmerican Classic Blend. Image courtesy The IrishAmerican Trading Company. This whiskey is a partnership between Irish expats in the Boston area and their counterparts back home, and the nose has notes of straw, ginger root, butterscotch, and a hint of caramel. The taste starts off creamy and smooth, followed by allspice and lemon pepper notes that develop slowly with touches of honey and vanilla in the background. The finish is light and soft with touches of oak, honey, and subtle spices. (November, 2018)
