Infrequent Flyers Macduff 11 Years Old. Image courtesy Alistair Walker Whisky Company. This single malt was filled into a hogshead cask in November of 2007 and bottled in October of 2018, and has a dry and astringent nose with touches of honey, vanilla, and subtle hints of fruit. The taste is dry with a citrusy tartness of lemon zest, along with lemon pepper and a hint of honey. The finish is long and tart with lingering spices. (March, 2020)
