Holyrood Ambir

Holyrood Ambir Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Image courtesy Holyrood Distillery.

Country: Scotland

Region: Lowlands

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 48.8%

Score: 93 Points

This Lowlands single malt from Edinburgh’s Holyrood Distillery has a fruity and floral nose, with touches of peaches, pears, garden herbs, honey, and vanilla. The taste is syrupy-thick with notes of white pepper, peaches, pear candies, and dried flowers. The finish is long with a kick of spice. Very nice! (December, 2024)
