This Hirsch Bourbon is finished in Hine XO Cognac casks, and is 7 1/2 years old. The nose has touches of raspberry jam, subtle spices, dried fruits, and a hint of raisins. The taste is spicy and fruity with notes of cinnamon and black pepper on top of fresh berries, figs, and raisins. The finish is long with dried fruits and lingering spices. (August, 2024)
