This Irish Whiskey spent five years in ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a year of maturation in Maderia wine casks. The nose has dark fruits, hazelnut, and brown sugar. The taste has notes of hazelnut, plums, raisins, and subtle spices, while the finish is long, warm, and mouth-coating. (November, 2023)
