The first expression in Highland Park’s Valhalla Collection series, with a nose that’s smoky, and peppery with hints of licorice, honey, and lemon. The taste is peppery and intense with cinnamon dominating, but not overwhelming honey and lemon zest notes underneath. The finish is warming, spicy, and long.
