This bottling was available in Highland Park’s gift shop from April of 2015 through October of 2016, with just 714 bottles sold. The nose is fruity and vibrant with notes of fresh peaches, ginger, graham cracker pie crust, honey, vanilla, and just a hint of smoke. The taste has good spices and smokiness with notes of creme brûlée, peach pie, honey, vanilla, and a hint of cocoa. The finish lingers gently with a slight drying touch. (May, 2017)
