This single grain Irish Whiskey was finished in Foursquare’s Mark 2007 Rum casks, and the nose has touches of lemon peel, pineapple, almond oil, and hints of figs and molasses. The taste has a nice balance of baking spices, caramel candy, hazelnuts, and hints of mango and papaya. The finish is long and subtle with a citrusy tartness. (March, 2024)
