This is a blend of 6-year-old Indiana Rye and 4-year-old Kentucky Rye, with the blend then finished in rum-seasoned Oloroso Sherry casks. The nose has touches of allspice, honey, molasses, and baked fruits. The taste has notes of cinnamon, allspice, honey, molasses, a touch of apples, and maple syrup. The finish is long with lingering spices and a touch of molasses cookies. (August, 2023)
