This 18-year-old Bourbon is the third release in Heaven Hill’s Heritage Collection series, and has a nose full of caramel candy, leather, tobacco, and red apples. The taste has notes of oak tannins, black pepper, red apples, leather, tobacco, and honey. The finish is long with a lingering oakiness and a hint of apple pie. (March, 2024)
