This Bourbon swaps out the 35% rye used in the Grain to Glass Bourbon with wheat, giving it a softer aroma and flavor. The nose has soft spices, a whiff of fresh wheat bread, honey, maple, molasses, and hints of mint and oak. The taste has baking spices, oak tannins, molasses, roasted almonds, and a hint of anise, while the finish is long with lingering spices and a touch of oak. (June, 2024)
