This unique Bourbon is made from corn grown across the road from Heaven Hill’s campus in Bardstown, and the nose has touches of caramel, honey, baked apples, and a hint of nutmeg. The taste has a good balance of spices and sweetness with black pepper, chili powder, red apples, honey, nutmeg, and vanilla. The finish is long and spicy. (June, 2024)
