This single cask bottling was distilled in June of 1990 and bottled in September, 2012 after 22 years in an ex-Sherry cask. The nose is aromatic with a nice oakiness, a hint of malt, honey, and Christmas cake. The taste is spicy with white pepper, clove, ginger root, and nutmeg complemented by brown sugar with a nice complexity and balance. The finish is dry, slightly tart, and long. (November, 2015)
