This cask-strength Highland single malt has a nose full of raisins, figs, toffee, and berry cobbler. The taste starts off with toffee, followed quickly by spicy notes of clove and cinnamon, while toasted caramel, raisins, and a hint of plums add complexity and balance. The finish is long with lingering spices and touches of dark fruits. (January, 2019)
